It is with much sadness that the OTU Association advises the death of Howard Sattler (Class 3/68). Howard died on 11 June 2021, at the age of 76, following a long battle with a degenerative neurological condition. He is survived by his wife Despene, who stated ‘It is an absolute blessing … not a cruel twist … that he died naturally.’

Family, friends and colleagues are warmly invited to attend the Celebration of Life for the late Howard Neville Sattler to be held in the Norfolk Chapel, Karrakatta Cemetery, Railway Rd, Karrakatta, next Tuesday (22 June 2021) at 12.30pm followed by interment in Lawn S Section.

By family request, no visitors to the family home please!

The association hopes that it will be well represented at the celebration.

Dear Victorian Scheyvillians,

In light of the extension to the current Covid lockdown a decision has been taken to postpone the 24 June Geddes Dinner. This has been

brought about by the very real prospect of quite significant crowd assembly limitations still being in place once the main restrictions are lifted.

Details of the new date will be advised in due course.
