Peter Lllewellyn Johns

Peter Whitelaw of Class 3/66 has advised that the death of his classmate Peter Llewellyn Johns was reported in Queensland newspapers on 13 November 2019.
Peter was born in Queensland and on Graduation from OTU was posted to the School of Artillery for his Young Officer’s Course. Peter was then posted to 111 Light Anti-Aircraft Battery where he completed his National Service.
Peter lived in Sydney but then moved to Magnetic Island where he was residing at the time of his death. He leaves behind his wife Margaret and was the loved Father, Father-in-Law and Pa of Kerry and Brendon, and Harry; Petrina and Sean and Grace, Jessie and Mitchell. Beloved Brother, Brother-in-Law and Uncle of David Johns and Families.
A Celebration of Peter’s Life was held on Friday 15th November 2019 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Townsville

The Monthly Lunch – Wed 12 Feb 2020

Hi All, 

This is early notice of our next Monthly lunch which is at 12.30 on 12 Feb.
As always at the RACV Club, 501 Bourke St Melbourne in the Bistro on the ground floor.
Smart casual dress , good fellowship and possibly around $40 are the order of the day.

As I will be away on holiday, Owen Morgan and Bernie Gleeson have kindly offered to host the lunch.

A toast to our recently deceased member and friend Tony Beddison, AC will be in order.
