OTU ASSOCIATION, VICTORIAN CHAPTER
The following is the invitation to the Victorian Chapter, OTU Association, Annual Dinner being held on Friday 18 October 2019.
2019 ANNUAL DINNER Members and Guests are cordially invited to:
The Angliss Restaurant, William Angliss Institute, 550 Lt. Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
on Friday 18 October 2019 at 1830 hours for 1900 hours.
Note: as from 2018 this event has been transferred from the usual May/ June event to facilitate the attendance of the increasing number of Scheyvillians who head North or overseas to escape Melbourne’s cold winter. Please note the format of dinner is now reverting to an entrée and main course format (due to the change of date by the college there will also be complimentary canapes this year as well).
Dress: Lounge Suite, miniature medals may be worn. Cost: $150 per double, $75 Single (all inclusive).

Raffle: There will be a raffle this year. Cost is $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.

Parking: Street parking is available in surrounding streets (metered until 1930hrs). Commercial car parking is available in the former DFO Complex opposite the Institute in Spencer Street.
Location: The William Angliss Institute is located at the Spencer Street end of the CBD. The Angliss Restaurant is located in Building E. Entry is from 550 Lt. Lonsdale Street.

Coming Soon: The OTU Scheyville 1965-73 Pictorial Book
Peter Whitelaw (3/66) has put together a “coffee table” book that reproduces photographs contributed by association members over the last 54 years.
There are photos from each of the 35 classes included. The book includes a complete list of the Graduates and most of the Staff.
There are approximately 800 images on over 200 pages in an A4 coffee-table soft-cover format.

The cost is $44 plus postage $15.
Note: To assist in publishing the correct number of books orders are required by 30 September. Delivery will be in October.
